It was easy to find, private parking, nice exterior with interesting courtyard and patio, lots of plants, the woman running the place was very helpful and got us a heater/blankets when it was unseasonably cold, good breakfast, good price

our room had dirty walls that sort of grossed us out

Location of the hôtel is not really central but not far away from the touristical places; the building itself is not special but only two floors with different wings and patios well arranged thanks to trees and flowers (an architecture that can be found at holiday resorts)

maybe television is a little bit small and old fashioned; bathroom is so, so.

The staff were so helpful. Michel even came to find me when I got lost.It is on one of the roads leading to the old city centre. It is set up like a villa - nice plants, etc. Very pleasant, friendly staff. I would stay there again.I Recommend it.

Out of the city. Just beside a very good Chinese restaurant. Free car parking.

The staff were really friendly & helpful. The room was cleaned & tidied each day. Lovely to sit out on the terrace with my friend in next door room in the evening. Breakfast -brilliant! Easy access by bus to centre ville 1 min from hotel. (A young man even walked me across the road to the bus top to explain how to get into town!!) Would definitely go back if I were in Avignon again..

We liked the location and the greenery around the hotel. Also the secure parking area was a big plus for us.

The little fridge in the room and the small table and chairs outside the room in a garden-like area but not private -- immediately across from another room and table/chairs.

The location was terrible -- in an industrial area -- and the city buses stop at 7:45 p.m. every night. Taxis are hard to get and expensive.

The staff were very helpful and all spoke English quite well. The hotel is located just off of a bus route that takes you right into the center of Avignon in about 15-20 minutes, which is very handy when you don't have a car to get around. There is also a mall that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel where you can go shopping, out to eat as well as pick up groceries or snacks for the road.

The staff was very helpful with questions about transportation, restaurants, etc. It did have a little fridge and microwave which came in handy.

It was too far from the city center. I thought it was closer, but you needed to take a city bus which took a long time. Wi-Fi was only available in lobby area.
